Property Description:
The building is steel frame construction with block walls or steel siding and a rubber membrane roof. It encompasses about 220,000 SF and was built for, and occupied by, Gilmour Manufacturing through the summer of 2009. It was subsequently purchased by Augustine Die & Mold who relocated their operations into approximately 140,000 SF of the facility, and is offering the former receiving (west warehouse) and shipping (east warehouse) areas for lease. These two warehouse areas are situated within the larger building such that they can be subdivided from the manufacturing areas to provide private secured warehouse space from the rest of the facility.

Location Description:
